Who we are

Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email, password (hashed), business name, and store address.
• Billing data: plan, subscription status, and payment metadata. Card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Storefront and operational data: products, orders, customers, payouts, and support tickets created while you run your store.
• Partner and supplier data: referral activity, application details, and payout information for approved partners and suppliers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs used for security and to operate the service.

How we use data

• To provide, operate, and secure the platform and your store.
• To process subscriptions, fees, payouts, and wholesale orders.
• To run the Partner Program and supplier network.
• To provide support and send service and account notifications.
• To detect fraud and abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers and parties needed to run the platform:

• Stripe, for payment processing and payouts.
• Suppliers in our network, to fulfill wholesale orders you place on their products.
• Infrastructure, email, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Authorities where required by law, and parties to a merger or acquisition.

Marketplace integrations (Etsy, Amazon, eBay)

If you connect a marketplace account to your store, we access only data belonging to the account you authorize, through the marketplace's official API, to provide the integration features: importing your listings, creating and editing your listings, and updating prices and stock at your request.

• Connection tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted immediately when you disconnect.
• Listings you choose to import become part of your own store content and remain under your control.
• We do not access marketplace orders, buyer email addresses, shipping addresses, private messages, or payments. Imported public reviews may include the reviewer's public display name, which we do not sell or use for advertising.
• We do not sell marketplace data and do not use it for advertising. It is processed only to provide these features, including by the service providers described in this policy.
• You can revoke a connection at any time from your dashboard or from the marketplace's own settings.

Legal bases (GDPR) and KVKK

Where the EU GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and with your consent where required. For users in Turkey, we process personal data in line with the KVKK (Law No. 6698). You may exercise your rights under either framework as described below.

International transfers

We operate across the United States, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates, and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep account and store data while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation so you can reactivate, then we delete or anonymize it unless we must keep it for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Meta integration (Facebook and Instagram)

If you connect your store to Meta, we share your store's product information with Meta to create and update your product catalog: product names, descriptions, prices, availability, images, and links to your store. You can connect in two ways: by adding your store's product feed link in Meta Commerce Manager, or with Connect with Facebook.

• With Connect with Facebook, Meta gives us an access token and identifiers for your Meta account and the business assets you choose. The token is stored encrypted, is used only to manage the catalogs you connected, and is deleted when the disconnection process is complete.
• We do not receive your customers' personal data from Meta through this integration, and the catalog integration does not send your customers' personal data to Meta. This statement concerns the catalog integration only; separate tracking technologies are described in our Cookie Policy.
• MAJORISO manages only catalog items added through MAJORISO or items you explicitly authorize MAJORISO to manage. Other items in the same catalog are not changed or removed by this integration.
• You can request disconnection at any time from your dashboard or revoke access in Meta Business Settings. You can also turn off or replace your product feed link at any time. To ask for deletion of related data, email [email protected].
• When we process a Meta data deletion request, we delete the related connection token and Meta user identifiers. Limited synchronization, catalog ownership and security records may be retained to resolve unfinished catalog operations and for the retention purposes described above.
