General rules

You must use MAJORISO lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not harm the platform, other users, or the public. You are responsible for the products, content, and conduct on your store and account.

Prohibited products and content

You may not use MAJORISO to sell, promote, or distribute:

• Illegal goods or services, stolen goods, or counterfeit and infringing items.
• Weapons, explosives, and regulated or recreational drugs.
• Content that exploits minors, or that is hateful, harassing, or violent.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading offers, including fake reviews or pyramid schemes.
• Adult content, gambling, or other regulated categories where you lack the required licenses.
• Anything that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Prohibited activity

• Attempting to breach, probe, or disrupt the platform's security or availability.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading the service beyond normal use.
• Using the platform to send spam or unlawful communications.
• Abusing payments, chargebacks, the Partner Program, or supplier relationships.
• Misrepresenting your identity, business, or your relationship with MAJORISO.

Payments and fraud

You must follow the rules of our payment provider and applicable card network rules. We may hold, reverse, or withhold payouts, and review or suspend accounts, where we detect fraud, excessive chargebacks, or other risk.

Enforcement

If you violate this policy, we may remove content, limit features, pause your storefront, withhold payouts, or suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice depending on the severity. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities.
